RELVIO – TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 22 August 2026

By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms.

GENERAL
Relvio is an e-commerce store operating under the laws of the Republic of South
Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), ECTA, and POPIA.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) to place an order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are in ZAR and include VAT. A contract is formed when you receive an
order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock
issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Refunds for cancelled orders are
processed within 7 business days.

DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Failed
deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Change of mind: 30 days, unused and in original packaging (return shipping
  at your cost).
- Defective/incorrect items: notify us within 6 months of delivery for a repair,
  replacement, or refund at no cost to you (CPA Section 56).
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Non-returnable: perishables, accessed digital downloads, final sale items.

YOUR PRIVACY (POPIA)
We collect your personal information solely to process orders and improve your
experience. We do not sell your data. You may request access, correction, or
deletion of your data by contacting us.

DISPUTES
Contact us first. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the National Consumer
Commission (www.thencc.org.za) or Consumer Goods & Services Ombud
(www.cgso.org.za).
